Portrait Sketching Workshop

Sketch from a live model, then draw a partner, in a calm, cozy workshop with instructor guidance and refreshments. Portrait Sketching Workshop A calm, cozy, in-person portrait sketching workshop for the local community. Ever wanted to draw a face and have it actually look like the person? Join us on Saturday, October 17, at 2 p.m. at Caffe Casablanca. No experience is needed: learn the basics of eye placement and drawing noses, then explore shading and capturing personality. Sketch from a live model, then swap and draw a partner, with the instructor on hand to help as you go. Pencils, paper, erasers, tea, coffee, and snacks are provided. Take home a portrait you drew yourself. Spaces are limited, so reserve your spot while there’s room.
