How it worksAt 10, we do a quick round. Everyone answers two questions: what have you learned about AI agents recently, and what do you want to talk about today? Where you work and what you're building is explicitly not the point — we're after insights and whatever is currently on your mind.The topics that come out of that round become the rest of the morning. When several people find a topic interesting, we say so and split off into a small group. A table over, its own corner, for as long as it holds. If nothing fits, just move to another group.
