Mit dabei sind die Leipziger Migrant:innenorganisationen Bulgarischer Kulturverein "Pencho Slaveykov" e.V., Kültür Kollektiv Leipzig e.V., Guarded e.V. sowie die Soziale Dienste und Jugendhilfe gGmbH. Das Event ist kostenlos und um Ticketkauf wird gebeten. Die Veranstaltung findet im Rahmen der Interkulturellen Wochen Leipzig 2026 statt. Das Projekt "KolLEktiv - Treffpunkt für Engagement und Begegnung" ist bei der Trägerin Soziale Dienste und Jugendhilfe gGmbH angegliedert und wird vom Referat für Migration und Integration der Stadt Leipzig gefördert.
