Grab your favourite workout buddy and get ready to run, lift, push, sweat, and question your life choices together. Teamwork makes the dream work or at least makes the burpees slightly more bearable. After the class, we’ll stick around for a little community hangout. So come for the workout, stay for the people and get ready for a very good time. 🌈
