An invite-only evening for agency founders and senior consultants. Clients aren't buying raw thinking anymore. They want outcomes, faster, with less handholding. That's uncomfortable for a lot of firms and genuinely exciting for a few. AI hasn't changed what great consulting looks like. It's just made it much harder to hide average consulting behind process and day rates. The gap between what most consultancies are selling and what clients actually need is wider than anyone's saying out loud. That's what we want to talk about - honestly, and with people who are already in the middle of it. Off-the-Record Night is a small, invite-only evening for agency founders and senior consultants rethinking how they work. We’ll start with a couple of short, unfiltered takes to spark the room, then move into a circle discussion - a participatory format designed to get everyone involved, not just a few people on stage.
