Belonging by Design - How can we design spaces where people truly feel a sense of belonging? Belonging by Design How can we design spaces where people truly feel a sense of belonging? The workshop explores how a sense of belonging is created within organisations, municipalities and professional environments and as well as identifying where design, language, processes, and digital services may unintentionally create barriers. The workshop combines lived experience, reflection and social design. A ReDI community member with an international background will contribute a personal perspective, which then serves as a starting point for participants to identify barriers and develop ideas for creating more inclusive environments.
