AI Career Walk #4: AI-Assisted Development & Careers in Tech - with YouWe

A morning of meaningful conversations, new connections, and career inspiration - before the rest of the day begins. How do you stay ahead of AI without moving too fast? Join Connected Women in AI’s Young Talent Committee and YouWe for another AI Career Walk - a morning format for university students and young professionals curious about AI, technology, and the careers shaping their future. We’ll start with a short Walk & Talk, using Conversation Cards to spark conversations about careers, AI, ambitions, and the future of work. Back at YouWe, we’ll enjoy breakfast and explore how AI is changing software development, from how developers use AI in their day-to-day work to how companies can innovate responsibly. We’ll also look beyond the technology and talk about careers in a smaller consultancy, where freedom, responsibility, and opportunities to grow go hand in hand. We’ll wrap up with Q&A and informal networking with the YouWe team. Come curious, whether you’re excited about building with AI or still figuring out where you fit in the future of tech. What to expect • Guided Walk & Talk with students and young professionals • Conversation Cards for easy networking • Breakfast & coffee at YouWe • A look at AI-assisted software development and responsible innovation • Insights into careers in a smaller consultancy • Q&A and networking with the YouWe team The Walk & Talk is outdoors, so dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes. Who is it for? This event is for university students and young professionals with up to five years of experience who are curious about AI, technology, software development, and future careers. Whether you already work with AI and coding or simply want to know what a career in tech could look like, you’re welcome. We have a particular focus on creating an inclusive community for young women, while the event is open to all genders and backgrounds.
