Holistic Women's Cacao Circle An evening of cacao, voice and ritual as autumn turns to winter As the days grow shorter and the darkness draws in, nature invites us to slow down and turn inward. Under the last light of the waning full moon, as the veil grows thin, we gather to honor this passing into the darker half of the year. This is a mystical fusion of cacao, music and heartfelt sister connection. Our own stories, the stories of other women and of those who came before us, hold quiet keys to living more fully in our truth. When we listen with the heart, we receive what lives behind the words, and when we feel those stories in the body, magic can happen. What awaits you An evening woven with heart-opening cacao, voice, movement and sharing, and a shared creation we'll build together, piece by piece. A few little surprises are best discovered in the circle, so come curious and let the evening unfold ________ Cacao is a potent medicine that carries the ability to open our hearts to the subtle energies that surround us. When served with love and devotion, it may bring great healing and establish a connection to Mother Nature and the divine within. Raw cacao has special "heart-opening" properties (Modern research shows theobromine is a vasodilator - blood vessel widener - and stimulant for the heart specifically), and like many other plant medicines, it is to be served with intention and respect for ancient wisdom and practice. It is highly recommended that you fast (no food) a minimum of 2 hours before the ceremony and drink enough water during the day, for the cacao to have its full effect. ________ What to Bring--> Your favorite cup -> Comfortable clothing -> Water bottle -> An open mind and heart ________ ~ Your Facilitator ~ Hi, I'm Ioana, the founder of The Space and cofounder of Acharya Yoga and Singing Bowls I believe every woman deserves space: space to rest, to feel, to be heard, and to remember who she is beneath everything she carries.
