Rebirthing Breathwork

Through a circular breathing technique set to music attuned to the subtle energy body (the prana-maya kosha), this experiential process invites deep release, insight, and transformation. Rebirthing Breathwork blends ancient contemplative wisdom with modern methods of healing, inspired by Stan Grof's Holotropic Breathwork, and adapted to support your personal transformation What you may experience: • Expanded states of consciousness that open access to your inner healer and deeper wisdom • Clarity and new solutions for what feels stuck: in work, finances, or relationships • Release of old patterns and behaviors that no longer serve you • Release of energetic blocks in the body, often easing chronic pain • Deep peace, joy, and renewed access to creativity What to bring • Loose, comfortable clothing • A journal • Water bottle • An open mind and heart Program 1.
