I have decided to conduct the retreat in English. This means that I will facilitate the group sessions in English. However, if you are paired with another Danish participant, you naturally speak Danish together during the exercises. If it turns out that everyone attending is Danish speaking, the retreat will naturally be held in Danish. ~•~•~•~•~ There is no doubt that my life would be easier if I simply created the same retreat over and over again. I could make a proven template, repeat what already works beautifully, and leave it at that. But I genuinely enjoy bringing novelty to you. I love travelling the world for inspiration, and bringing those meaningful experiences home to share with our community. In that way, those of you who do not have the opportunity to travel and seek inspiration abroad can still enjoy an event with a thoughtfully designed programme, carefully created to offer something truly special. At the same time, the programme remains flexible enough to follow what naturally emerges within the group and to move together as a living, breathing organism, allowing the experience to unfold organically. ~•~•~•~•~ The first New Year’s Retreat was centred around love. The following year, the theme was joy. Last year, it was sexuality. My personal theme for 2026 is PLEASURE. That will be the essence of this year’s New Year’s Retreat. How can we discover pleasure in everything we do and experience in everyday life? For three beautiful days, we will explore pleasure in many different forms 🥰 However, what you experience at this year’s New Year’s Retreat is about far more than simply being entertained for three days. You have the opportunity to integrate your experiences and insights into your everyday life, creating a life with more pleasure and expanding your capacity to experience pleasure in your daily life. ~•~•~•~•~ I feel deeply called to co-create with others. For a long time, I have created so much on my own. As many of you have probably noticed, whenever I come across truly inspiring facilitators, I want to bring them to Copenhagen so that you, too, can benefit from their unique gifts and everything they have to offer. Throughout the summer, I have invited a number of facilitators to Copenhagen to offer truly extraordinary workshops. This year, two additional Facilitators will be joining me at my New Year’s Retreat, each offering their own workshop. This gives you the opportunity to experience different energies and different approaches to the way we facilitate. You can already secure your spot at the New Year’s Retreat.
