Root & Rise Experience

The workshop offers a deeply integral mind, body & soul healing experience through a carefully curated flow of:• Dynamic Hatha and Flow Yoga• Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra• Seated and walking meditation• Breathwork and grounding• Psychological inquiry and reflection• Periods of silence and stillness structured around three interconnected themes: GROUND We begin by arriving in the body through grounding, conscious breathing and approximately 45 minutes of dynamic Hatha and Flow Yoga, with a focus on the connection between breath and movement. GROW From movement, we move into a slower and more transformational space with yin yoga combined with psychological inquiry and insight reflection inviting you to explore who you are on the surface, beneath the surface and at a deeper level. Ending with a 30 min guided Yoga Nidra for deep renewal and expansion. GIVE BACK Finally, we explore how our inner practice can shape the way we meet the world, relate to others and express ourselves through our choices, actions and presence. There will be a short (silent) break during the afternoon with snacks and tea. No previous experience with yoga or meditation is required. The workshop will be guided in English.
