Our new training concept in Copenhagen. Next workout on the menu: Waves. The idea behind SAYSKY Sessions is to bring runners of all levels together for guided workouts that are easy to join, but still give the legs something to work with. Our second session takes place on November 26th in Fælledparken. The workout Waves alternates between controlled efforts and faster surges, mimicking race-day pace changes while training your body to manage fatigue, clear lactate, and recover at speed. Gatorade and PurePower will keep the energy going along the way. All levels are welcome. Show up ready to run – solo with friends. Date: November 26th Time: 18:15–19.30 Meeting point: Fælledparken, Østerbro: Øster Allé 37 Workout: 6x1200m: 400m 10k pace, 400m marathon pace, 400m 10k pace. 400 meter jog between each rep.
