SHE/THEY CPH: Co-working at The Pond — Set the Direction Get it done, together — and figure out where "it" is going next. Being a founder is often a solo journey, but your Tuesday afternoon doesn't have to be. We're back at the cozy atmosphere of The Pond for our co-working session. This one comes with a bit of a frame: as we head into Q4, we'll open with a relaxed round to share what everyone's building, where they want to take it over the next three months and what support are they looking for. We'll combine heads-down time with mindfulness/somatic moment before and after focused work, finishing with social time at the end. How the afternoon flows 13:00 – Arrival: Come whenever, no rush. Grab a coffee, get settled. 13:30 – Intro round: Who's in the room, what you're working on, and one goal or direction for the next quarter. Short and easy — just enough to know who's around you. 14:00 - Mindfulness/somatic moment: A short pause to transition into work mode. 14:15 – Focus work: Two hours of deep work, powered by the collective focus of a room full of peers. Bring your laptop and whatever you're chipping away at. 16:15 – Mindfulness/somatic moment: A short pause to close out work mode before we shift gears. 16:30 – Social time: Games, chats, unwinding together to close out the session. Monique (SHE/THEY Hub Lead) will be there throughout — available for chat and brain picking on whatever you're navigating, drawing on experience across freelancing, business development, operations, project management, event production, EU funding, and building spaces like SexTech Nordics and She/They CPH.
