Presented by St. Luke's Osteoporosis Prevention Program for men and women who are at risk of bone fracture. According to the National Osteoporosis Foundation, 60% of adults age 50 or older are at risk of breaking a bone due to osteoporosis. Do you know your risk? Join us to learn more about exercise, nutrition and medication for bone health and osteoporosis prevention. A St. Luke's physical therapist, dietitian and pharmacist will answer your questions. Registration is required.
