Stepping Up with St. Luke's: Heart Health

Get motivated to move more, improve your health, learn about healthy behaviors, and have fun! Get motivated to move more, improve your health, learn about healthy behaviors, and have fun! We welcome walkers of all abilities to take a step toward better health and join Stepping Up with St. Luke's monthly walking group. Each monthly meetup will feature a different health education topic presented by various St. Luke’s clinicians, followed by a 30-minute walk on St. Luke’s walking trails. The September 2026 topic is: Heart Health. All sessions are free. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing, supportive shoes, and bring a reusable water bottle. All participants must agree to release St. Luke’s from any liability as a result of participation, provided through acknowledgement during the registration process. Cancellations due to weather conditions will be notified through email.
