Ground into the rhythms of nature with a 90-minute nervous system reset through embodied movement, Yoga Nidra, and a restorative Sound Bath. 🌕 Sunset Reset: Somatics & Sound As the sun begins to set over the fields at Heirloom East Bay, join us for an evening of movement, rest, and resonance beneath the open sky. This 90-minute immersive experience begins with gentle somatic and grounding movement to help release tension, reconnect to the body, and regulate the nervous system. From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra meditation before settling into an immersive sound bath designed to invite stillness, softening, and deep rest. Surrounded by nature, animals, fresh air, and the quiet rhythm of the farm, this is an invitation to slow down, tune inward, and reconnect — with yourself, your breath, and the land beneath you. What might become clearer when you give yourself permission to pause? What can you notice when you stop trying to figure everything out?
