Nourish & Root - A Mother's Circle

Come to receive, replenish, and remember — you are not meant to do this alone. Motherhood is a sacred path of initiation and devotion. This is space to be seen, held, and deeply nourished — by mothers, for mothers. A space surrounded with an abundance of plants to hold us as we gather. Through song, grounding practices and connection, we soften into the heart, ground into the body, and reconnect with nature. Bring songs to share from your heart, or simply come and receive. Logistics: Arrive and park on Prescott or in small parking lot at Rhythm Seed Registration before is preferred as we are keeping it to an intimate group There will be assistants available to support you and your children's needs in the circle. We often take a break halfway through to walk the gardens together! You and your child are welcome exactly as you are. We do our best to make a welcoming environment for mothers and children at every stage of life. Feel free to bring instruments or things you feel supported by, suncare, hats, blankets or chairs to be comfortable as well as snacks, as we will be on the grass. All mothers are welcome, this is a sacred space to receive and share in motherhood Donations are warmly welcomed; suggested $15-35 but no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Please register to secure your spot, there are options to pay at the door. Funds help us keep these going in a good way, but the ultimate gift is your presence! Hope to see you there!
