Appsforum Barcelona 2027

Driving sustainable app growth through UA, monetization, and retention strategies. Appsforum arrives in Barcelona for the first time this February, bringing our must-attend gathering for Europe's senior app growth and revenue leaders to one of the continent's most influential mobile hubs. Home to companies like Glovo, Wallapop and TravelPerk, Barcelona has grown into one of Europe's leading centres for app innovation, with a fast-scaling ecosystem of consumer and business apps built and headquartered in the city. Yet as competition intensifies and platform dynamics continue to shift, scaling profitably has never been more complex, even in a market this advanced. The playbook that worked even two years ago is no longer enough. Paid channels have grown more volatile, signal quality keeps eroding, and users are pickier about the subscriptions they'll actually keep. Add a constantly shifting App Store landscape and rising demands for real personalisation, and profitable growth looks very different than it once did. The operators pulling ahead are the ones rethinking retention from the ground up, building smarter use of first-party data, diversifying their creative output, and applying real discipline to how they monetize. Appsforum Barcelona is built for the operators solving these challenges in real time. Through high-level keynotes, closed-door discussions, and practitioner-led case studies, Appsforum Barcelona delivers strategic insight for teams responsible for real revenue outcomes, not just installs.
