On Fringe Friday, after a day of rushing from and to events around unlock VC, we're carving out an hour to slow down. No panels, no pitching - just a guided meditation and breathing practice, a circle on the grass, and a handful of honest prompts designed to surface what usually stays unsaid: the leadership moments that shaped you, the ones that still keep you up, and where you want to go next. We'll open with a short conscious meditation and breathing exercise to quiet the noise, then move through some sharing 1:1 and in the circle together.
