At Elowines, we discover wines by travelling across the world, meeting winemakers and bringing back bottles nobody else is selling in Spain. For this dinner, we’ll pour a few of our favourite finds from Northern Rhone in France, Savoie and Georgia. After an intense week of AI talks, meetings and networking, come unwind over good food, rare wine and conversations with other people from the AI community. Learn & discuss directly with the founders how they use AI in their wine business.
