The daylight ends quicker; we think about bringing a cardigan out, the mornings cool before you're ready for them to. This September, at Entre Manos, we are building a meal around the flavours of this in-between moment, where it is not quite summer's extravagance, not yet winter's austerity. The sweet, the earthy, the quietly delicious. What/Who is Entre Manos? Entre Manos is an intimate supper club hosted by Eldora and Taahira, bringing together small groups of curious people to cook, eat, and connect over a shared table. Each edition centres on a seasonal ingredient and a theme that traces its origins, travels, and cultural meaning, as a starting point for open, insightful conversation.
