Palestinian filmmaker Abdallah Al-Khatib draws on his experience in the Palestinian refugee camp of Yarmouk, in Damascus, to create a first fiction feature about the everyday gestures through which his characters strive to preserve their humanity, echoing the reality of Gaza.
