Recommendations: • Avoid caffeinated drinks, such as coffee, caffeinated teas, energy drinks, and alcoholic drinks, on the day of the event. • Drink plenty of water before and after drinking cacao to stay hydrated. • Do not eat heavy food at least 2 hours before the event.
