Local Hub Barcelona - From Working Together to Learning Together: What Makes a Learning Team?

Part two of our three-part series: Building a Learning Culture. Last month we started from the top, looking at learning culture as something an organization designs. This time we drop an altitude. Because whatever the strategy says, learning culture is mostly made or missed in the space between a handful of people who work together every day.Three of our rockstar community members are facilitating this series, each sharing how they've contributed to building it. This is the second. ✨What to expect✨ What makes a team a place where people continuously learn from each other? In this session, we'll explore why learning as a team can have a different impact from individual learning, look at real-life examples of how teams learn through everyday work, and uncover the practices that help turn a group of people into a learning team. In this session you will: Explore why team learning matters and what makes it different from individual learning Discover real-life examples of how teams learn through collaboration, reflection, feedback and shared experience Work together to create 5 rules of a learning team that you can take back to your own team ✨Meet our facilitator✨ Małgorzata Grząśko (Malgo) is a certified Gallup Strengths Coach, ICF-accredited coach and leadership development professional who designs and facilitates learning experiences for managers and teams in international organisations. Her work sits at the intersection of strengths, leadership, clarity and learning. She creates safe, highly interactive spaces that help people reflect on what they want, learn from different perspectives and translate new insights into practical action. ✨Our host✨ Makers of Barcelona (MOB) is a community of creatives, entrepreneurs, freelancers and curious minds who come together to work, connect and make things happen.
