Free Saturday meetup in English: an easy run by the sea, guided meditation and yoga in Badalona. All levels welcome. Launch edition: free for the first 20 people. Future meetups will be paid. Join our first Run · Meditate & Yoga meetup. 9:30 · Welcome and warm-up at The Temple by TAOL 9:45 · Easy run or walk to Badalona beach (about 5 km, all levels) 10:30 · Guided meditation at The Temple 11:00 · Yoga at The Temple 11:45 · Tea and time to connect Guided in English by Julio Martínez, yoga and meditation teacher and NLP coach. Before founding TAOL he led teams for 25 years, including as Apple Store Leader in Passeig de Gràcia, and has trained in India, Nepal and Denmark. Bring comfortable clothes, water and a towel.
