Barcelona's service design conference is back — now as Service Design Disrupted. Service design is at an inflection point. The field is shifting, the context is changing, and a lot of practitioners are navigating what comes next on their own. This event exists for that moment. Two days at the DHub, as part of the official programme of Barcelona Design Week — built for service designers who want to move from uncertainty to clarity.
