L'entrenament de força ha guanyat molta popularitat els darrers anys. Més enllà d'ajudar a esculpir el cos aporta múltiples beneficis per a la salut; Augmenta la resistència cardiorespiratòria, redueix lesions, afavoreix l'enfortiment dels ossos i ajuda en l'equilibri hormonal entre altres. En aquest taller practicarem diferents exercicis per iniciar-nos en l'entrenament de força d'una manera segura i efectiva.
