A càrrec de Raquel Tomàs, metge especialista en Medicina Familiar i Comunitària A més a més d'explicar què és un ictus, quins tipus d'ictus hi ha, quins són els principals fac tors de risc i què podem fer per prevenir-los, els objectius prin cipals d'aquesta xerrada són els següents: explicar quins símpto mes ens haurien de fer sospitar que tenim un ictus, conscienciar sobre la necessitat d'un trasllat immediat al servei d'urgències d'un hospital i justificar aquesta immediatesa.
