This half-day, in-person session is where the room starts building on it together: you get to know your own situation better by comparing it with peers, real companies, real growth stories, and the context and data behind them. A shared starting point: what previous VIA sessions surfaced, the data behind it, and how today's exchange works. 09:00 – 11:30 Working Session, in groups. Peer stories open the conversation, a guided comparison of how each company builds on context, knowledge, technology and its own network alongside VIA's. 11:30 – 12:00 Closing & Sharing. Each group brings back what surfaced; together we look for the patterns across the room. 12:00 – 12:30 Next Steps & Tools. How today feeds into the rest of the arc, your first practical tool to take home, and how to access VIA's knowledge and network going forward.
