We'll kick things off with an energizing Pilates session to stretch and strengthen your body. After working up an appetite, dive into some delicious sushi to refuel and chill out. This is an awesome chance to meet new friends and treat yourself to self-care, all in person. Don’t miss out on this unique blend of movement and a strawberry match to go! Each ticket includes a beauty & wellness bag. Don't forget your yoga mat. At Studio Pilatia, our philosophy is rooted in more than movement and wellness, it is also about community, giving back, and women supporting women. We are proud to share that a portion of the proceeds from our Pilates & Sushi event will be donated to Nisa Homes, supporting their important work with women and families in need.
