Welcome in Spring with this beautiful, nourishing Yin & Pin session. Experience a Yin Yoga practice, specifically designed to gently support the body as it finds space and unfurls after the cold Hobart winter. During the session, gentle acupuncture points are used to support the nervous system in slowing down, releasing tension and creating a sense of calm. Acupuncture helps support the parasympathetic nervous system — our “rest and digest” state — encouraging the body to move away from “fight or flight” and towards rest, recovery and restoration. Combined with the slow, restorative practice of Yin, acupuncture creates space to quiet the mind, release physical tension and activate a deeper state of relaxation. Together, they offer an opportunity to pause, reset and reconnect with your body, leaving you feeling calm, grounded and restored. No previous yoga experience is required for the practice, and all are welcome.
