Bienvenue à une session de danse libre avec casque audio, associée à un travail autour du souffle et du mouvement intuitif. L'idée est d'offrir un espace d'exploration sans chorégraphie ni exigence de performance, simplement pour relâcher les tensions et retrouver une forme de vitalité brute en plein air. Pour prolonger l'expérience, on enchaîne avec un pique-nique sur la pelouse : chacun·e apporte ses propres snacks et boissons (pas de buffet commun). ----------------- What if the best way to start the week was to wrap up the weekend far from the daily grind, re-grounding in your body and quieting your mind? Welcome to a silent dance session with wireless headphones, combined with breathwork and intuitive movement. The intention is to offer an exploratory space with no choreography, and zero pressure to perform, just a chance to release tension and reconnect with a raw sense of vitality, outdoors. To keep the session going, we’ll follow it up with an informal, bring-your-own picnic for anyone who wants to connect beyond the experience. Bring your own snacks and drinks, ths is not a potluck ^_^
