Mobility and body awereness class in English Open to all body types and ages, this workshop is designed to activate body awerness, unlock mobility head to toes, and create conscious movement. An increased mobility can help you remove stiffness and pain, improve your posture and feel good in your own skin. The class is hosted at the Orangerie Portico in Jardin Public, so we will be protected in any weather conditions while being surrounded by nature. Bring your yoga mat or a beach towel.
