❦ Yoga in the Garden : notre dernière séance de l'été Déjà la fin de la saison ! Pour ce dernier cours, je vous invite à nous retrouver une dernière fois au cœur du Jardin Public de Bordeaux. Pour cette troisième année, j'ai eu la chance de partager de beaux moments de mouvement, de respiration et de nature avec vous, et de voir se tisser de vrais liens autour de cette pratique simple et authentique. Merci du fond du cœur à toutes celles et ceux qui sont venu·e·s pratiquer avec moi. Pour clôturer la saison en douceur, nous explorerons un flow mêlant Hatha et Yin Yoga, en synchronisant le mouvement avec la respiration. En restant pleinement présent·e à votre souffle, vous développerez une conscience plus profonde de votre corps, de vos sensations et de votre énergie, transformant la pratique en une véritable méditation en mouvement, portée par la beauté apaisante du jardin. For this last class, I invite you to join us one more time in the heart of Jardin Public in Bordeaux. This third year, I've had the joy of sharing beautiful moments of movement, breath and nature with you, and of watching real connections form around a simple, authentic practice. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who came to practice with me. To close the season gently, we'll explore a flow blending Hatha and Yin Yoga, syncing movement with breath. By staying fully present with your breath, you'll build a deeper awareness of your body, your sensations and your energy, turning the practice into a true moving meditation, held by the soothing beauty of the garden.
