She Connects: Networking Evening, by Femme Palette

Join us for a relaxed evening of networking, meaningful conversations, and community at our Women’s Networking Evening in Paris. This October gathering brings together like-minded women for an evening of meaningful conversations, new connections, and practical insights around self-leadership in the workplace - all in a friendly and informal atmosphere. We’ll be joined by Jana Závodníková, Femme Palette mentor and coach, who will lead a conversation on why self-leadership is becoming such an important professional skill for women. Before leading teams, businesses, or projects, we first need to learn how to lead ourselves. Together, we’ll explore self-leadership not as a buzzword, but as a practical framework for navigating ambition, visibility, decision-making, resilience, burnout, and professional growth with intention. Jana will open the evening with a short introduction to the topic, followed by an interactive discussion and plenty of space for questions, reflections, and sharing experiences with the community. Whether you’re new to Femme Palette or have joined us before, this is a great opportunity to meet inspiring women, exchange perspectives, and reflect on your own professional journey in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
