A gentle and relaxing Yoga Session The Gentle Pause Sometimes we all need a little time to slow down. Join us for a free, welcoming monthly session of gentle yoga, calming breathwork and guided relaxation, in collaboration with SAMH. We’ll explore slow, accessible movements, simple breathing practices and moments of stillness to help you unwind and reconnect with yourself. There’s no need to be flexible, have any yoga experience or keep up with anyone else. Everything is optional, and you’re welcome to take things at your own pace. Come as you are. Everyone is welcome. What is The Nook? The Nook offers drop-in mental health support in a safe, stigma-free and non-clinical environment – without the need for an appointment. Walk-in support hubs where anyone can visit to speak about mental health, The Nooks will provide visitors with access to support for themselves, or people they care about. Our first Nooks are now open in Glasgow’s Merchant City and in Marischal Square, Aberdeen. Our skilled and compassionate staff are ready to support you, seven days a week. The Nook is a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment. When visiting/participating I agree to treat everyone facilitating and attending this event with respect. I understand that inappropriate, disruptive, or abusive behaviour may result in me being asked to leave and may affect my ability to attend future events. By booking, I confirm I am fit to participate, will practise within my own limits, and accept responsibility for my own health and wellbeing during class.
