RADICAL REST: Sound Bath & Aromatherapy Massage // The Hideout

An afternoon of deep rest, nourishment, and gentle re-energising. As autumn invites us to slow down and turn inward, Radical Rest returns with an evening of deep rest, combining therapeutic sound with nurturing aromatherapy head massage. A space to soften, switch off and simply receive. WHAT TO EXPECT You’ll be guided through a deeply relaxing sound bath with crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, alongside a range of therapeutic instruments. The sound journey will gently move through the body, helping you let go of mental and physical tension and creating space for calm, clarity and lightness. While you’re immersed in sound, you’ll receive a nurturing aromatherapy massage, offered intuitively to support relaxation, circulation and a sense of ease. Touch and sound will work together to help you unwind, switch off from the week and arrive fully in the present moment. For this autumn gathering, we’ve created a bespoke aromatherapy blend inspired by the warmth, earthiness and changing rhythms of the season. This is your time to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself after a busy week. Come as you are and allow yourself an evening of rest, softness and reset before the weekend begins. Magdalena & Basia Prefer not to have a scalp massage? We’ll be happy to offer a relaxing hand massage instead.
