The refreshing midday class will be led by Anna, a Vinyasa flow practitioner who will guide you through energising flows and strengthening salutations to revive your spirits and recirculate your energy. Return to work feeling invigorated and recharged for the rest of the day, having recentred yourself with a stimulating but mindful practice. She looks to create a friendly, supportive space for people to move, breathe and connect to themselves.
