A heritage walking tour of the surroundings of Luton’s Town Hall, led by local historian Paul Hammond A heritage walking tour of the surroundings of Luton’s Town Hall, led by local historian Paul Hammond. Join us for a descriptions of the actions of the emergency services and of the crowd whose actions led to the most famous night in the town’s history. The story of the 1919 uprising will be told with reference to locations and buildings in and around the current 1936 town hall building.
