Full Moon Sound Bath | Release, Realign & Receive

Release, Realign & Receive. A restorative Full Moon Sound Bath with crystal bowls, ritual, meditation, reflection, oracle cards & release 🌕 FULL MOON SOUND BATH | Release • Realign • Receive Join me beneath the energy of the Full Moon for a deeply restorative evening of sound, reflection and soulful ritual. The Full Moon is a beautiful time to pause, turn inward and reflect on what has unfolded since the New Moon and your intentions being set. It offers an opportunity to gently acknowledge what is no longer serving you, release what you are ready to let go of and create space for what you’d like to welcome next in the moon's cycle. This evening is an invitation to step away from the busyness of everyday life and come back to yourself. You’ll be guided through a beautiful blend of Full Moon ceremony, meditation, visualisation, journalling, oracle cards, gentle ritual and deeply restorative crystal singing bowl sound healing. As the healing vibrations of the crystal bowls wash over you, you’ll be invited to soften, surrender and journey within, allowing your body to relax, your mind to settle and your energy to shift. ✨ SOUND HEALING ✨ GUIDED MEDITATION & VISUALISATION ✨ FULL MOON CEREMONY & RITUAL ✨ REFLECTION & JOURNALLING PROMPTS ✨ ORACLE CARDS ✨ AROMATHERAPY OILS ✨ RELEASING & LETTING GO ✨ COMMUNITY & CONNECTION WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE A peaceful, nurturing space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself and gently let go. You may experience: • Deep relaxation and rest • A calmer, quieter mind • A feeling of grounding and inner peace • A shift in how you feel energetically • Space to reflect on where you are now • Support in releasing thoughts, emotions or patterns that no longer feel aligned • Greater clarity around what you’re ready to leave behind • A renewed sense of balance, connection and spaciousness There is nothing you need to force or figure out. This is your invitation to pause, breathe and allow yourself to receive. YOUR SOUND JOURNEY The crystal singing bowls are at the heart of this experience. You’ll be invited to lie back, close your eyes and surrender to the beautiful sounds and vibrations of the bowls. Their tones create a deeply relaxing space where you can rest, release and turn your attention inward. You may find yourself becoming deeply relaxed, moving through different thoughts or emotions, or simply enjoying a peaceful moment of stillness. There is no right or wrong way to experience a sound bath. Simply allow the sound to meet you where you are. WHAT TO BRING To make yourself as comfortable as possible, please bring: 🧘‍♀️ Yoga mat 🧺 Blanket to keep you warm and cosy 🛏️ Cushion or pillow for your head 😴 Eye mask or eye pillow — even a clean pair of socks works! 💧 Water 📖 Journal or notepad 💎 Any crystals you’d like to charge with the crystal bowls I recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing and bringing fluffy socks or anything else that helps you feel cosy and relaxed. THE EVENING Doors open at 19:50 so you have plenty of time to arrive, settle in and get comfortable before we begin. We’ll gently move through our Full Moon ceremony, reflection and rituals before surrendering into the deeply restorative crystal bowl sound journey. At the end, we’ll take some time to slowly return to the room, reflect on anything that has arisen and gather together in community. There’ll be space to share, connect and simply enjoy being together before heading home. WHAT TO EXPECT A beautiful, relaxed and welcoming space in which you’ll be looked after and gently guided throughout the evening. You don’t need any previous experience with meditation or sound baths. You don’t need to know exactly what you want to release either. Come as you are, with an open mind, and allow the evening to unfold naturally. ✨ Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, grounded, clear and more connected to yourself. I can’t wait to welcome you and share the beautiful healing vibrations of the crystal bowls with you.
