Henlow Song and Sound Bath

Cosy up in your own little nest for an hour, while soaking up the sounds of relaxation, recalibration and soul remembrance. What sounds can you expect to hear? Primarily, my voice. I never know what "tune" or "words" are going to come through, as it's entirely intuitive. The language I work with is called Light Language. I also bring in my shamanic drum and alchemy crystal quartz sound bowls when I feel called to. Every sound offering will be completely unique to every session. Intentions for the Song and Sound Cleanse and heal our body and mind. Activate and energise the Chakras and Light Body. Call ourselves back into wholeness, welcoming back any part of us that have been forgotten, surpressed or shamed. Reignite and awaken ourselves to realign with our soul purpose. Step into our full power - we are safe to be seen and heard. Flow of the session Arrive 10 - 15mins before the start time and set up your cosy nest space. Opening prayer (non-religious). Short guided meditation. Intentional intuitive sound. A moment of gratitude. Closing prayer. Reacclimatising to the space. Hometime. Please bring: Something comfy to lie down on, like a yoga mat or sleeping bag. A water bottle. A blanket and/or layers to keep warm as our body begins to relax. Any extra pillows or cushions to help you stay comfortable throughout the session. Etiquette Please enter from the back of the building. Mobile phones off throughout the session - the electromagnetic frequencies interfere with the soundwaves. Please be ready to start on time. Late-comers will be refused entry. No outdoor footwear in the main hall. Slippers and cosy non-slip socks are very welcome. Waiver By booking your space you are confirming that you do not have any physical or mental health or medical issues that prevent you from safely taking part in the session.
