Autumn Wellness Day @ Hitchin Priory - The Sighlence Room

Autumn is about pressing reset, beginning again and making space. So join us in doing just that through movement, breath, touch and sound. Come and join us at The Sighlence Room Autumn Wellness Day at Hitchin Priory Hotel on the 8th November at 10am-2.30pm. Connect, unwind, move, breath and reset. You will experience a Vinyasa yoga class, Breathwork session, Sound Bath with Holistic Therapy and lunch is also included, as well as teas and coffees on arrival. Spaces limited to 28 people and some of these have gone already! You will need a mat, blanket, water and a cushion. There is also free parking. As we carry ourselves through October and welcome the Autumn season, the energy of the natural world around us begins to soften. This is the perfect time to ask ourselves where we need to slow down, pause and rest. Creating space for ourselves to catch up and reflect. Not all progress has to be visible and energy consuming and that includes the time you take for yourselves. The leaves are falling but the growth is still happening beneath the soil, preparing for what is next. Autumn is about pressing reset, beginning again and making space.
