You simply lie down, close your eyes, and allow the process to unfold. There is nothing to do or achieve. Simply relax and receive. The session supports the body in releasing stored tension and stagnant energy, helping you return to a more balanced and grounded state. Each experience is unique and meets you exactly where you are. You are the medicine, the healer. Please wear comfortable clothing. What to expect The session is 60 minutes. We begin with a short grounding introduction to help you settle into the space. You will then be guided into the energy healing session, supported by carefully selected music that gently guides the experience. It starts softly, builds into more rhythmic and energising phases, and then returns to a slower pace to support integration. Afterwards, there is a short integration period where you can rest, ground, and ask any questions if needed. Aftercare guidance will also be shared to support you in the days following the session. What you may experience Every session is different. Common experiences include: • Deep relaxation and calm • Emotional release or lightness • Subtle or spontaneous movement in the body • Tingling or energy sensations • Stillness or deep rest • A sense of clarity or grounding All experiences are valid. You may also feel very subtle shifts, which is completely normal. Please ensure you sign in at reception with your vehicle registration to avoid a fine. If parking is full, the nearest alternative is Brook Street Car Park, located just past the venue. Arrival Please arrive from 10:15am to settle into the space calmly. The session will begin promptly at 10:30am. Late arrivals may not be able to join once the session has started, to protect the experience of the group. Her approach is calm, intuitive, and grounded, allowing each person’s experience to unfold naturally without force or expectation.
