The Regional Curriculum Roundtable - Belfast

Join FE curriculum leaders for an open roundtable on apprenticeship reform, qualification changes, shared challenges and peer networking. The Regional Curriculum Roundtable - Belfast A regional roundtable for curriculum leaders 9:00am–1:00pm The Regional Curriculum Roundtable brings together local FE leaders for an informal, practical discussion about the changes affecting curriculum teams - and the challenges you're facing day to day. This is an opportunity to step away from the usual demands of the role, share experiences with peers and explore how others are approaching the issues facing the sector. What we'll discuss Meet the team Meet Tammy and Jeanine, who will be joining the roundtable to share insights, hear about your experiences and take part in discussions around the challenges and opportunities facing FE providers. Skills landscape – Northern Ireland Explore the evolving skills landscape across Northern Ireland and what it means for further education providers, curriculum leaders and their teams. The session will provide an opportunity to share perspectives, discuss current priorities and hear how other providers are navigating change. Your challenges An open discussion about the issues you're currently dealing with. Bring the challenges you're grappling with - whether that's curriculum planning, staffing, funding, delivery, learner demand or something else entirely. Peer discussion and networking There will be plenty of time to compare approaches, share experiences, and build connections with other curriculum leaders working through similar challenges. We'll finish with an informal networking lunch, giving you the chance to continue the conversation with colleagues from across the region. Who should attend? The roundtable is aimed at FE leaders and those with responsibility for curriculum and provision, including: • Heads of Curriculum • Curriculum Leads • Department Leads • Heads of Department • Other senior curriculum and delivery leaders The format This is deliberately a small, discussion-led event rather than a formal conference. We'll keep presentations to a minimum and focus on conversation, practical experiences and peer-to-peer discussion. 9:00am — Arrival and refreshments 9:30am — Roundtable discussion 11:00am — Break and networking 11:15am — Roundtable discussion 12:30pm — Networking lunch 1:00pm — Close Why attend?
