Whimsy Womb Wellness

Join us for a gentle evening of beginner-friendly yoga, mindful movement, and honouring the body. Led by our volunteer and yoga teacher, Sarah-Louise, we’ll slow down, turn inward, and awaken the quiet wisdom of the body. Through gentle movement, breath and intention, we’ll create space to listen to our inner knowing, honour our feminine energy, and reconnect with a little everyday magic. We’ll gather beneath the energy of sisterhood for an empowering women’s circle -- sharing, reflecting and creating a little ritual together. We’ll close by writing a letter to our wombs, offering words of gratitude, love and reverence to the mysterious, powerful bodies we inhabit. You'll be welcomed with treats, have an opportunity to buy some merch and meet new like-minded people. We just need you to bring your own mat! We encoruage witchy, whimsy attire - it's halloween eve afterall.
