Aerial Soundbath

Join us for a restorative evening of healing sounds whilst cocooned in a floating hammock. Suspended in the softness of an aerial hammock, you are invited to let the body unwind while the mind drifts into a state of calm, spacious awareness. This session centres around the grounding resonance of two RAV drums and the soothing harmonics of singing bowls, creating a layered soundscape that gently guides the nervous system into relaxation. The slow, melodic tones of the RAV drums help settle the breath and quiet mental chatter, while the bowls introduce shimmering overtones that encourage emotional release and inner stillness. Perfect for • Anyone seeking deep relaxation • Stress relief and nervous system reset • Emotional release and grounding What to Expect • Resting comfortably in an aerial hammock • Guided settling and breathwork • Immersive sound journey with RAV drums, singing bowls, rainstick & chimes • A calm, nurturing environment
