Event name: Christmas Baby Massage | 5 Wednesdays from 18 Nov | 11 to 12 | GRAFT, Kings Heath The weeks before Christmas with a small baby can feel full and a bit unsettled. This gives you somewhere calm to be each Wednesday, and a routine you'll use every evening long after the decorations come down. Over five weeks you'll learn a full baby massage routine, one part of the body at a time. We start with legs and feet, then tummy and chest (the strokes that help with wind), arms and hands, and face and back. By week five it all comes together into a ten-minute massage you can do at home, and that last week has a festive touch. Slow, steady touch helps a young baby's nervous system settle. Over the weeks you'll also get to know their cues: the little signs they're loving it, and the ones that mean they've had enough. It's a small group, just mum and baby, and you can feed, cuddle or pause whenever your baby needs to. If they sleep through the whole thing, that still counts. What you take home: a short demo video each week, a PDF guide to the full routine, massage oil, a keepsake made for your baby, and a WhatsApp group with the other mums that's still there after the course ends.
