Overview Join us for beautiful baby massage and gentle postnatal wellbeing. Baby Massage + Postnatal Wellbeing (Roots Mind and Body Studio, Kinver, Thursdays) Baby massage suits the early weeks best, from around six weeks until your baby starts rolling. Over the course you'll learn comforting strokes a part of the body at a time, including the ones that ease trapped wind and help settle the unsettled stretch that often comes in the early evening. Babies this age aren't doing a great deal yet, so the pace stays slow and quiet, and you'll leave each week with something you can use at home. For many mums this is the first class they've come to since the birth, so the postnatal side matters as much as the massage. Each session leaves time for you as well, to talk through the questions that feel pressing in the early weeks and to find the other mums who are sitting with the same.
