A calm, restorative hour for you and your baby, with room for an older sibling and a second adult too. For families finding their feet with a new baby. Baby Sanctuary is a slow, gentle session for just three babies at a time. The Family Edit opens it up so the whole little family can come, the older sibling included with a gentle role in caring for the baby, and a second grown-up welcome if a spare pair of hands would help. What's included: A warm baby bath, with oat milk, petals or gentle bubbles Gentle baby massage and slow movement Time to feed, cuddle and settle A small role for older siblings A warm drink and something sweet for you And to take home: if you'd love the full massage routine but can't commit to the weekly course, you'll leave with a video of every stroke and a pdf guide to follow at home.
