This Diwali, step into a sacred space of sound, stillness, and light. Hi everyone I'm Scott,I'm the founder of connection to self workshops and blog on facebook and instagram. I am a Reiki Practitioner and Master teacher with over 2 decades of experience. Along with being a sound healer im a Qualified Life purpose coach and mindfulness Practitioner working with both teenagers and adults. It is my intention to help people find a deeper connection to their heart energy and inner truth. It is such a pleasure to welcome you all back for this Soundbath mudra meditation event at The Iyengar Yoga Institute on 8th November 2026 at 7pm. This is such a beautiful venue, I love the energy here. There is limited parking plus there is parking on the street.Remember to bring blankets yoga mats and cushions to make yourself comfortable so you can truly enjoy this experience, we also have chairs if you would prefer. Whether you have joined us before or you are new, all are welcome in this inclusive space. Through the gentle resonance of sound, you’ll be guided to release what you’ve been holding onto to clear stagnant or negative energy and to lovingly cut energetic cords that no longer serve your path as we enter the Hindu New Year. This Diwali, step into a sacred space of sound, stillness, and light. As the festival of light invites us to honour the power of light, purity and love. This immersive sound healing journey is your opportunity to reconnect with the light within you — the part of you that is steady, radiant, and always whole. This is your time to soften and to ground deeply into your body. To feel held, supported, and safe as your awareness expands into a peaceful, spacious presence. Let the vibrations wash through you, restoring balance, clarity, and calm. Let your inner light rise — steady, calm, and bright. Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply grounded. Spaces are limited — reserve yours now. This therapy may not be suitable for everybody however sound baths are a relaxing, meditative experience and are not a substitute for medical treatment. If you are pregnant specifically, in your first or third trimester, have epilepsy, a heart condition, sound sensitivity, severe mental health issues, metal plated or any medical concerns, please consult a healthcare professional before attending. Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion. If you have any questions , please feel free to contact me before booking. Thankyou, I look forward to seeing you all. Scott (connection to self)
